About this recipe
Mini smoked salmon crêpe rolls are an elegant snack made with soft cheese, cucumber, and dill. Thin crêpes provide a delicate base for the cool, creamy filling. The soft cheese mellows the salty salmon, cucumber adds freshness, and dill highlights the classic pairing of fish and herbs. Let the crêpes cool completely before rolling so the cheese does not become too soft. These small salmon rolls work well for a gathering, dinner, or a cold snack.
Ingredients
Servings: 6
6 small crêpes
80 g smoked salmon
100 g soft cheese
1 tablespoon dill
1/2 cucumber
Steps
Arrange 6 prepared, completely cooled crêpes on a cutting board.
Mix the soft cheese with the dill. Cut the salmon into strips and the cucumber into thin matchsticks.
Spread each crêpe with the dill cheese mixture, arrange the salmon and cucumber on top, then roll tightly into a single roll.
Chill the rolls for 10 minutes, then use a sharp knife to cut each one into even pieces.
