About this recipe
Oat waffles with yogurt and raspberries combine filling oats with a light, fresh fruit note. Yogurt keeps the centers tender, eggs give the batter structure, and raspberries add a mildly tart contrast. Cook the batter in a fully preheated waffle maker and avoid opening it too soon so the waffles do not tear. If desired, transfer the cooked waffles to a wire rack to help them stay crisp. Serve with raspberries, yogurt, honey, or maple syrup.

2 eggs
150 g yogurt

Serve the waffles hot with the raspberries. If desired, drizzle them with honey or maple syrup.
