About this recipe

Semolina pudding with blueberries is a creamy vanilla milk dessert that pairs mild semolina with juicy blueberries and a touch of sweetness. Milk forms a delicate base, while blueberries add color and a fresh fruit contrast. Add the semolina gradually and stir regularly to prevent lumps. Add the blueberries at the end or arrange them on top so they remain distinct in the dessert.

Ingredients

Servings: 2

  • 60 g semolina

  • 500 ml milk

  • 120 g blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • a pinch of vanilla

Steps

  1. Heat the milk with the sugar and vanilla in a saucepan for 2–3 minutes, then reduce the heat before adding the semolina.

  2. Add the semolina gradually, stirring constantly across the entire bottom of the pan.

  3. Cook for 3–4 minutes, until the mixture is thick but still easy to pour into serving bowls.

  4. Prepare the topping separately: rinse and dry the blueberries.

  5. Divide the semolina pudding among serving bowls and sprinkle with blueberries just before serving.
