About this recipe

Blueberry almond overnight oats are a simple breakfast that combines a creamy base with fruity freshness and a crunchy topping. The rolled oats soften overnight in plain yogurt, while blueberries add a mildly sweet, fresh flavor. Sliced almonds provide a crisp contrast to the soft oats and make the breakfast more interesting to eat. You can stir some of the blueberries into the base in the evening and reserve the rest for topping in the morning. This is a good option for a quick breakfast at home, at work, or on the go.

Ingredients

Servings: 1

  • 70 g rolled oats

  • 180 g plain yogurt

  • 80 g blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Steps

  1. Rinse the blueberries and pat them dry.

  2. In a jar, mix the rolled oats with the yogurt and half of the blueberries.

  3. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

  4. Before serving, add the remaining blueberries and sprinkle with the sliced almonds.
