About this recipe

Plum and yogurt overnight oats are a creamy breakfast with a fresh, gently tart fruit note. Plain yogurt forms a mild base, the rolled oats soften overnight, and plums add juiciness. A teaspoon of honey balances the fruit, especially when the plums are particularly tart. Cut the plums into small pieces so they mix easily through the oats. Once chilled, breakfast is ready to eat straight from the refrigerator with no extra morning preparation.

Ingredients

Servings: 1

  • 70 g rolled oats

  • 180 g plain yogurt

  • 2 plums

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Steps

  1. Cut the plums into thin wedges.

  2. In a container, combine the rolled oats with the yogurt, honey, and most of the plums.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. In the morning, add the remaining plums on top and serve chilled.
