About this recipe

Greek yogurt cream with blueberries is a layered dessert made with Greek yogurt, whipping cream, honey, and blueberries. Yogurt forms a fresh, slightly tangy base, whipping cream mellows it, and honey rounds out the flavor. Blueberries add juiciness and color, while crushed sponge cookies create a soft dessert layer. Chill the cream briefly before serving so it thickens enough to support the layers.

Ingredients

Servings: 2

  • 200 g Greek yogurt

  • 100 ml whipping cream (30% fat)

  • 120 g blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 2 tablespoons crushed sponge cookies

Steps

  1. Whip the well-chilled cream to soft peaks. Mix the yogurt with the honey, then gently fold in the whipped cream.

  2. Rinse and dry the blueberries, and set aside about 2 tablespoons for the top.

  3. Crush the sponge cookies and spread them over the bottoms of the serving glasses.

  4. Add the yogurt cream and blueberries, then chill the dessert for 20–30 minutes before serving.
