About this recipe

This creamy dessert cup layers mascarpone, yogurt, blueberries, and crushed sponge cookies. The yogurt softens the mascarpone and lightens the cream, while the blueberries add freshness, color, and gentle fruit sweetness. The sponge cookies form a simple layer that softens slightly during a brief chill and pairs well with the cream. Only a little sugar is needed because the blueberries and sponge cookies naturally round out the flavor.

Ingredients

Servings: 2

  • 150 g mascarpone

  • 100 g blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons crushed sponge cookies

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Steps

  1. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt and sugar just until smooth.

  2. Rinse the blueberries and dry them thoroughly.

  3. Break the sponge cookies into pieces, but not into fine crumbs.

  4. Layer the mascarpone cream, blueberries, and sponge cookies in dessert cups.

  5. Refrigerate the dessert for 10–15 minutes so the cream can set.
