About this recipe

Raspberry brownies are moist chocolate bars made with dairy-free dark chocolate, plant-based butter, and juicy raspberries that balance the sweetness. Chocolate provides deep flavor, while raspberries add freshness and gentle tartness. Eggs give the batter structure, and a small amount of flour keeps the brownies dense but soft. Wait until they are completely cool and the center has set before slicing.

Ingredients

Servings: 8

  • 150 g dairy-free dark chocolate

  • 120 g plant-based butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 100 g sugar

  • 100 g raspberries

  • 80 g all-purpose flour

Steps

  1. Melt the dairy-free dark chocolate with the plant-based butter and remove from the heat once smooth.

  2. Briefly stir the sugar into the eggs without beating for too long.

  3. Combine the chocolate mixture with the eggs, then gently fold in the flour before adding the fruit.

  4. Arrange the raspberries over the top of the batter and lightly press them into it.

  5. Bake the raspberry brownies at 170°C for 22–28 minutes; the center may remain slightly moist.

  6. Wait until the brownies are completely cool before slicing so the raspberries do not smear through the warm center.
