About this recipe
White chocolate blondies are a pale, sweeter alternative to brownies, made with dairy-free white chocolate, plant-based butter, eggs, sugar, and all-purpose flour. The white chocolate gives the bars a mild caramel-like, milky flavor even though it contains no dairy. Mix the batter briefly so the baked blondies remain firm without becoming dry. Wait until they are completely cool and the center is no longer overly soft before cutting.
Ingredients
Servings: 12
120 g dairy-free white chocolate
120 g plant-based butter
2 eggs
100 g sugar
100 g all-purpose flour
Steps
Melt the dairy-free white chocolate with the plant-based butter for 2–3 minutes, then set aside to cool slightly.
Stir the eggs with the sugar, then add the cooled white chocolate mixture.
Add the flour last and mix only until the batter is uniform.
Transfer the pale batter to a baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake the dairy-free white chocolate blondies at 170°C for 24–30 minutes, until the edges are set and the center remains soft.
Let the blondies cool completely before cutting because the center is very soft while warm.
