About this recipe

Chia pudding with yogurt and fruit is a chilled snack made with chia seeds, yogurt, honey, vanilla, strawberries, and blueberries. The chia seeds swell in the yogurt and form a thick, slightly gel-like texture after a few hours. Honey adds gentle sweetness, vanilla softens the yogurt’s flavor, and the strawberries and blueberries are best added at the end so they stay fresh. Stir the pudding again after the first 10 minutes so the seeds disperse evenly and do not clump. This recipe works well as a make-ahead snack, a dessert in a jar, or a chilled morning snack.

Ingredients

Servings: 1

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 180 g yogurt

  • 50 g strawberries

  • 50 g blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • a pinch of vanilla

Steps

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the yogurt, honey, and vanilla, then let stand for 10 minutes.

  2. Stir again to break up any lumps, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Add the strawberries and blueberries before serving.

  4. Serve well chilled.
