About this recipe
Yogurt dip with roasted garlic is a mild, creamy sauce made with Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon, and pepper. Roasted garlic has a sweeter, less sharp flavor than raw garlic, so it pairs well with thick yogurt. The olive oil smooths the texture, the lemon juice adds freshness, and the pepper highlights the dip’s savory character. Mash the soft garlic cloves before mixing so they distribute evenly throughout the sauce. This dip works well with vegetables, bread, or simple oven-baked snacks.
